    I would make a standard circle or square, and then duplicate it and rotate it with various angles to get the same effect like your example. then you could save it as a brush!

    This is my first post on my work! Let me know what you think of it! The trickiest part was where the writing was, because the electrical wires were partially covering the text! The image edit was done with lightroom, while the "removing" with photoshop
