    GIF Animation running too slow

    Strange, I've only experienced this slow down the other way around; the animation runs slow in the preview window, but fast once viewed in a browser. I do know that animations run slower in Imageready when there are a lot of frames that don't fit all at once in the animation window, a reason...

    Some input please...

    The first thing that I would focus on are the headers. I consider especially "Swing for the fences" hard to read. You might also consider to lower the transparency of the images in the background to make the other text easier to read. Other than that I do like the overall design, well done ;)

    Members of a board who don't mind a delay is not the same as visitors Doc and those who didn't complain probably didn't have a modem either. 45-50%* of the Americans (*source=http://www.nielsen-netratings.com) still use a modem and for them it would take 20 min to download the file...

    You want to make it look realistic too? That's is something very time consuming, trust me. ;) And what do you consider realistic? Here's a quick unfinished draft I did in 10 min (avoided cloning by copy/pasting/stretching/etc. of a part of the siding). You might consider it realistic...
