    Photoshop CS6 acting wonky.

    I am a new member to the Forum. I have used PS for a few years to do simple photo enhancements but still very much in the dark on its many techniques. My problem is I just got a new DELL 8500 64 bit computer with Windows 8 Pro and installed CS6 and when I do any type of clicking on images...
