    The author didn't use any of the 3rd party filters as far as i know.. everything was done in photoshop with no other plug-ins. SeniorS - it helped me a bit.. but i still can't achive thesame result :) i guess it's just 1/5 of what is done there. may be could you please do the same with this photo?

    good day, photoshop Guru! Could you please provide me with the detailed information of what had been done on this photo (filters, cross-processing etc.). i tried myself best but i couldn't achieve such a result. Thank you!
