    Eliminating Text from image

    I am somewhat new to photoshop (Read: Haven't really used it since CS2), even then I didn't use it often. I was able to buy a copy of CS6 and I am trying to edit an image I have for a website and would like to remove the text and the download button. I would like to be left with just the banner...
