    what's topaz?

    I feel kind of stupid for asking but i saw this tutorial: Scarlett Johansson tutorial - Tag & Signature Tutorials and i really want to do something awesome like that but i can't figure out what topaz is. can anyone give me a link? thanks in advance! :)
