    problems with inserting text

    Also, try making a new layer for the text! First make a new layer, then start. Check character settings while you are at that, maybe you pressed a keyboard shortcut by accident. Try using another font, maybe it will work.

    Well, LRG has already done the work for you, but next time, try changing the layer's opacity to around 50, make a layer underneath it, and trace using pen tool/brush tool.

    Well, it aint gonna be easy! (difficult BOTH ways) You will have to crop out your friends head perfectly, put it between the lady's shoulders, and then mess around with curves to suit the skin color. All in all, it's gonna be tough. Try using one of the explained tuts online.

    Good, really liked that you removed the crack so efficiently! Maybe, try sharpening it a bit? (High pass or unsharp mask would do, but maybe you have already tried it, idk) and also, try coloring in the pictures if you have the time :)
