    i did it. I copied the file from another computer with Ps CS3 working and did not work. the name of the file is Adobeowl.dll any other suggestion? thanks julian

    I work at ITS within an university and am trying to fix a problem with Photoshop CS3 on one of the computer in the campus. It gets halted when initializing palettes... I get the error: "Faulting application photoshop.exe, version 10.0.1.0, faulting module adobeowl.dll, version 1.0.92.0...
