    Configuring CS4: frame around masks?

    I often find myself mistakingly painting with a brush on a layer instead of the mask as I should. Is it possible to configure (or hack) Photoshop CS4 on a Mac so that when I select a mask it's outlined with a bright color instead of just a black/white dashed frame as now?
