    Can someone do this for me? (newbie)

    I tried spot healing brush but still looks bad... I found this wallpaper on google and have no idea why there is a box on top of her head.. can someone make it look more natural and remove that square lining and tell me the tools they used? Thanks (please keep the 1024 size)...
