    what am I doing wrong here? everytime I try to add a color image to a background image that I set to greyscale, the color image turns grey also. I've Googles myself to death over this but can't seem to find the solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    OK I'm having the same problem again. This time I've added to the text and wanted to overlay it on the microphone image but whenever I set the text to SCREEN and move it over the mic, the black background follows and the text is almost transparent. Any suggestions?

    OK well I saved both as .jpegs and was able to move the "basswood" image over to the "LANE" image but when I tried to place over the flames, the LANE disappeared.
