    how do i get my pic to look like this?

    im updating my pc game file and im adding new player pictures..i need to get an alpha and a .BMP here is a sample of what i need..how would i go about doing this? when i go to add the new photos it ask for the bmp first then the alpha to lay in the background...it makes the background become...
