    creating favicons in PS CS4

    Hey. The default resampling method is "Bicubic", which is good for general work. For best reduction quality choose "Bicubic Sharper". There is also a rule of thumb of 10% steps for increasing image sizes (to prevent unwanted ghosting), not sure if this applies to reduction tho... Cheers.

    Wierd message and I don't know how to fix it.....

    Hey. I'm running CS4 on XP Service Pack 3 so... The solution I tried was "Searching" C:/ for the file: "Photoshop Edit Log.txt" Found it in an odd location. Redirected my CS4 PS Preferences to look in this directory - PS now loads fine without that error msg. My guess is the file has to...
