Enlarge the canvas of the image equal to the number of pixels of the stroke. Fill it in with a color with the paint bucket. If I want a 60 px stroke around my image I increase the canvas' width by 120 px and the height by 120 px. When I add the 60 px inside stroke it covers up only the new...- Vicinca
