    Intermittent and arbitrary (and new) downsizing problem

    Hi, please help. I have been using CS5 for many months with no problem. Now suddenly I have an issue which is this : I downsize an image in the Image Size window (usually to 1024/768) and then I "Save As", as a jpg file. All good. Then when I get to the JPEG Options window, PS either dowsizes...
