    Need help removing light trails

    So I took a photo back in January (so it can't really be reshot) and I'm having trouble removing the car(s) that appeared in the last couple of seconds on the right. I've tried and it's not as simple as it seems (ie the road isn't just "black") Any help would be appreciated :)
