    Plug-in Problem

    I'm using Photoshop CS5 on windows 7 64-bit ... I've downloaded a plug-in (it's my first time to download one as im new at using photshop) .. my problem is that i've copied the plug-in to the (plug-ins folder) but when i restart PS i find nothing installed i dont know if this helps or not but...
