How to add images to an existing template? I'm sure this is easy for you guys.

[REQUEST] - Should be easy for you guys
Ok, so I want to change this picture. In the bottom of the circle there is some writing. I tried going over it in paint with the black color, but the blacks were 2 different shades and it was noticeable.
