Photoshop 7 Won't Install
I was able to install PS7 via safe mode. I do know that only two installs per license are the max but one of the laptops was nine years old and was long ago retired and I assumed the new install would be counted as only the second.- Capri3156

Photoshop 7 Won't Install
I have successfully installed Photoshop 7 on two Windows 7 HP 64Bit laptops but I can't get it to install on a third laptop with the same OS. Clicking 'Run as Administrator' shows the spinning circle for a few seconds and then nothing. Task Manager shows nothing running in Applications or...- Capri3156
