    Probably the stupidest question ever

    Hi everyone....I've done a lot of fun stuff in PS, but i am stuck on something that i'm sure is so simplet that it is blinding me. I want to create a circle of dots....that's it....a circle of dots.... a line of dots....a rectangle of dots.....LOTS OF DOTS! If this description isn't clear...
