    I reworked the image and also lightened the shadow at your feet just a bit. I also removed the wheel/cart to your right in the image and extended the display. I'm not sure what you meant by the gutter being in a straight line.

    I understand we don't want to have poles or trees, etc. coming out of our subject's head. But the composition of this shot worked really well and I didn't want to overly affect that composition. So I tried a different approach. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't...but worth a try...

    An earlier glitch on my part with an original response - here's a second try... Deleted the car and its shadow, changed the lighting a bit, and also lightened the shadow at her feet since it looked more like a puddle or a stain and took attention away from the young lady...

    I have the Topaz suite - Gigapixel, Photo AI, Sharpen, and Denoise. There are a few tings to keep in mind Most importantly, if you have small, lo-res images or blurry images, it's very difficult to bring them back. Thre is no magic here - the software needs detail/informatio to work with...

    Removing remnant border around selected objects

    In Select and Mask, you can try shifting the Radius under Edge Detection to bring in the selection and eliminate the white fringe. I've also selected the mask and then used the smudge tool around the edge to bring the layer mask in towards the subject. Bit tedious on a somewhat complex image...
