    Mission Impossible .

On a new layer you would do a circular marquee tool (whilst holidng shift) on a new layer then use the gradient tool with a lighter pink and a slightly darker pink as foreground and background colours to get a slight gradient in the circle. Then reselect that layer so you get the selection back...

How can I create this effect?

Don't forget on each new layer to mask out all other parts of the image to show the motion coming through consistently not fading in as he swings forward!

    Colour Profiles, Monitor Settings Etc

This is always a tricky subject really as it also depends on the type of printer you have and the colour profile that you use with that printer to match the print out to whats on screen. I have always found generally the Adobe RGB (1998) setting is always TOO saturated and bright compared to...

    Review

I think this is in the wrong section so dont be surprised if someone moves it to the show-board section of the forum. Just first off is there some sort of grey block behind the "SES" bit in Session? Also I would probably write "Admission for out next academic session are open and Filling...

    Subtle effect

Here you go, Tehre is a polygon tool at the bottom of the tools palette that will create a path from an array of shapes. The hexagon is one of them (you can also chose the amount of sides you want). This will make a path and you can stroke the path to achieve the shape you want.

    Subtle effect

You can draw hexgaonal patterns in Photoshop or take an image of the web I guess. Then above the background blue gradient layer he would have set the new hexagonal layer to the lighten blending mode (at this point make sure the hexagons are white and the backgroud is black, you may need to...

How do they do editings like these?

He cuts out the space that he wants to fill in. He paints it in a grey that he wants and then adds shadow by painting black with a gradient back in. What he does here is completely freestyle and is just cutting an area and painting colours back in and then feathering the edge slightly to bring...

How do they do editings like these?

When you get to this level of work, the final photos are usually a composite of 5 or more photos of the product in exactly the same place but with different lighting creating the desired affect of lighting or "finish" for each area of the product. All the images are then pieced together. Watches...

    Bathroom Photography/Photoshop

Is there a specific photography breif for this from a client or just your own work? I think some more close up detail shots woud vary the set as a whole and would put trust in the overall quality by zoning in on the smaller features. I also agree with chris about cropping and straightening up...

Making photos look "metal-ish with glow"

HDR (or High Dynamic Range) is the effect used I think. Here is something someone posted about it: http://www.photoshopgurus.com/forum/photography/44799-hdr-beginners-guide.html
