    Winter Soldier Theme

Here is my first post-Christmas piece, a Winter Soldier themed desktop wallpaper. All parts made by me to be fashioned after the upcoming movie hero's costume. Enjoy!

    Help with logo design

I do not quite understand what it is you attempting to do here. Are you simply asking if anyone knows of a font that has the "e" in it? Or, are you asking for someone to make this for you? Forum members here generally do not take on free work, but we do have a fee for work forum...

How to remove paints or marks effectively from skin

This ia tricky one because it crosses the hairline. Here is a tutorial I found on removing blemishes. The hairline will be problematic, so it will take some additional touching up and correction to resolve, but this tutorial gives you the basics you need...

    Basic Photo Enlargement

I'm not a professional print person, but I will try to help. Others may have additional, or better, information to pass along to you. Since your native DPI for the image is 96, that would allow for a print of up to 27x36 inches at 96 pixels per inch (ppi). However, at that setting on your...

    Comic book color restore

Tom is correct. The scanner's software interpreted the half tone print as a sort of crosshatch pattern in some portions. In Photoshop, copy the original layer and call it Layer 1. Navigate to Filters > Blur > Surface Blur. Set Radius to 10 pixels and Threshold to 15 pixels. Click Okay...

    I am so lost

A better and more accurate way to eliminate the white background is to duplicate the ANVIL layer. Call the new layer Step One. On that new layer, open the Layer Styles tool. Go to the General Layer Blending screen (default) center bottom section called Blend If. Hover your mouse over the...

    Not sure about this one

I prefer the new version. Very nice work.

    Not sure about this one

The girl coming through the window just doesn't fit in the scene at all without major lighting and shading changes to her body. Would make more sense to follow the same format as the other two "windows". What I always maintain to everyone who works these projects is remember that each object...

    Merry Christmas PSG

Here is my Christmas pic for this year. No legs on this snowman, but he does have guns for arms, sort of. http://fc09.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2013/345/6/8/cog_snowman_by_crotale-d6xlbgo.jpg

    Resizing and copying images

Actually, this is incorrect. When converting a raster image to a smart object, you can only scale down and then back up to the original dimensions without losing quality. The real beauty is that is it non-destructive, as in, scaling changes are not permanent. But any time you scale more than...

    Futuristic Jail Cell Window

The windows frame and bars appear to float in the image. A bit of texture overlay on the window frame and bars using a displacement map will bring the image together.

    Background inspiration

I'm not grooving on the color "splash" as it it right now, but the other changes really add to bring the image together. As for the experience highlighting your weaknesses, that is a way for you to exploit those weaknesses and turn them into strengths. Keep up the good work!

    Audrey

Thanks Chris. Scarmack, I started out in Sculptris, then imported the project into Bryce where I have more control over the lighting. I finalized it all in Photoshop with some fine color adjustments.

What can I say? I love weird humor. "Audrey" was inspired by the Little Shop of Horrors.

    Lake Side

The trees are still blurry, and there are some colors bleeds. The treelines look as if they were done in a blend of eraser tool and lasso tool. Looks too obvious and decidedly unnatural. The darker image doesn't fare much better than the lighter one,m except you eliminated the unnecessary...

    Early works.

I have a difficult enough time of it showing off my newest works, so I would be utterly embarrassed to show off my earliest stuff.

Just seen this and it's quite amazing

My son has Procreate on his iPad, but I have not time to get exposed to it, although I did doodle around with it when he bought it. Pretty cool stuff.
