    Creating faded colors on paper (see pic)

    Hi, I am new to the forum but have done a bit of amateur photoshop work. I saw this picture (below) and am trying to figure out how to create the blue/green faded color effect that is bascially the background of the image. Even a couple guess would be appreciated. Thanks, Carla ;)...
