Specific Colour replace

Specific Converting photograph to HD?
Hi I found a photograph I took of my grandparents who are sadly no longer with us. I've scanned it and it is attached. I will be very grateful if somebody could make it high definition as I want to get some 10 x 8 prints done off. Many thanks- DRGW
