    Specific Fix to fit Instagram 4:5 portrait aspect ratio

    Hi, I was wondering if this image could be resized/fixed to fit the Instagram 4:5 portrait aspect ratio, without cutting off the girl in the photo (getting the full body shot, boots and everything)? Is there any way to expand/blur the sides to resize it to fit the full body? thank you!
