    Polka Dots

    Can someone point me in the direction of a tutorial for making a polka dot background for PS7? I can do stripes, but I can't figure out the darn dots.

    Help???

    I just downloaded a patterns set and when trying to load it I realized all the files are PNG instead of PAT. What do I do?? I am VERY new at this! Your help is greatly appreciated!
