Looking for Filter / Effect
Hi there I'm looking for a certain effect that can be applied to photos, to create that cold/metalic/mtv-like look... you can see it often on video clips running on MTV... it looks like they applied some cooling filteration, but using the PS regular photo-filters i couldnt get close to that...- Ron_Uriel
