    Black & White With Color...Touching Up Flaws

    How do I make a picture into black & white while still leaving parts of the picture in color? Also, when covering up a flaw I can not get the color to match. I have used the color picker and chosen the area closest to the area I am trying to cover up and it is still not working out. Any ideas?
