Want to do something like this
Hi guys, how hard is it to make text something like this http://www.tutorialboard.net/wp-content/gallery/lc/london-city.jpg but layer it over a picture? Basically i have a picture take of me in London and just want to get the text over the pic rather than just plain text like this- f891roy

Need to play a trick on mate while on holiday!!
Ok, i know a little about photoshop...minimal.. I want to play a trick on my friend who is on holiday.
