    Overexposure issue

    Hi, First post, and no question is a dumb one. Can anyone direct me as to how to correct a photo that was taken by one of those throw away cameras where the faces are almost whited out and everthing else is very murky? I develop on the KodakCD fyi Somewhat familiar with PS6 but go easy on me..
