    Filter or Plug-in for the "annoying tv line" effect?? does anyone know what i'm talking about?? i think i saw it... and i want that effect for the project i'm doing, i've seen it being used in a few pictures... but have NO IDEA where to get it, or where to start if it's not a plug-in or series...
