    Need some help with tabs

    I'm having trouble with CS5. Notice in the first pic, when I drag the ESPN icon into PS, a new layer window doesn't open, and also there's not both the icon.psd and ESPN.jpg tabs at the top near the scale. In the second pic, which is CS4, is how I need CS5 to work. When I drag the ESPN logo...
