    I need some help, on a problem that was making me bang my head..

    I need some help, changing the color of a line of a already made pic. **Background** I have a picture that is a black and white jpg. like one from a coloring book. But I need to change it to a certain blue background, change the white to back, and keep the picture looking good not a blob...
