    Combine Two Images Together using Photoshop

    I have two images, one that I want to superimpose onto the other. Image 1: Image 2: I want image two to fit perfectly onto the mouse pad area without going over the edges at all. Just erasing image two is not accurate enough. What would be the best way to go about doing this?
