    Transparent background

    Hi guys,i'm newbie in PS and i don't know what's going on,i set when i did a new file a Transparent background and when i put the image on an forum the background isn't transparent but is white....:sad: =>

    Hi guys,i'm new on Photoshop,i use Photoshop CS3 and i dont know how to make more window in program,u know i want to cut a photo and to put to another photo witha simple move,but i dont know how to take more window,if u dont understund what i mean look in image,please help X( i'm new.
