    How is this artist adding a 3rd dimension here?

    I wouldn't call that picture a 3D affected pix...it'z jez a ripple done with jez some thick lines and made 2 look blurry by blur through glausian blur and also to have wavy effect through that same roll were blur lies!I'm still confused I'll say!

    I'm always confused about this 3D stuff...what is 3D in itself? I know it is 3rd dimension whereby u see d 3 sides, buh what I've seen @ Husky8690's post about d way a woman did a 3D pix is getting me really confused!I need help on dis, pls...and how can it be done?I've PS4 (CS4) on ma system!
