    google ads says framerate shud not be greater then 15FPS. see mine animation time delay in each frame: prntscr(dot)com/2zb3wl does it meet google ads requirement? how to know FPS of my gif animation?

    hello! i was making a banner ad for my blog in photoshop. i did put some animation frames in timeline. when i save it...the fps is 19-20...but google ads only supports 15fps...how can i change the fps? many thanks
