    Not that I've noticed, and I've been using PS for 20 years! I admit this is no big thing, and I can easily live with it but it's just one more thing I have to do before editing my photo, know what I mean?

    I was going to mention that: no difference between one and two rows. There is no "Screen Mode" under the View. I'm in "Edit Full" if that's what you mean. Also, View...Snap to... is set to "Guides."
