    [HELP] No Path Anchors

    Well, I was using the Rectangle Tool but tried again for good measure, no luck. However, when I use that tool it does not make the shape on a new layer, it keeps it on the layer I am using. Could that be part of the issue?

    Ahahah, they both work! Gotta have fun with it. I am hard on myself but, I think it is for the better. If I say, "oh well, whatever." I'll never learn. I do prefer Level 5 Learner over Level 5 Idiot though, positive outlook!

    Still no luck. I've tried all four corners, nothing. Zoomed in and tried again, nothing. Maybe an image will help?

    :( Using Pen Tool I held down Ctrl and a white cursor appears. I clicked near the edge of the shape but no anchor points are showing up. I should mention, this only is happening when I make shapes. If I draw with the Pen Tool there are no issues with showing anchor points.

    Indeed! I've been using Photoshop for about 3 days now and I must say, coming from absolutely NOTHING to today I've improved a lot. I am still a complete idiot to be honest, but now I am a Level 5 Idiot :)

    Clicked Pen Tool held down Alt[b] and clicked. It [b]added an anchor point where I clicked but did not show me any anchor points.

    Well, title says it all. I am brand new to Photoshop and don't know much. Most of the time I watch tutorial videos and try to reproduce the results, some are good, some are terrible, lol. Anyways, hopefully I can one day end up contributing here and helping out, until then I'm the one in need...
