    Layers to files script gives me unknown error

    I have successfully used layers to files script except with these partcular files which are giving me this unkown error message when I'm running the script. These psd-files are over 1 gb and I'm trying to export layers from them to png-24-files.

    I can't really demonstrate it any better because I can't make it to look like in the first picture. The problem is that I have the same setting and same brush and I want the look the first picture and I get what's in the second one. Except when it randomly makes that what's in the first picture...
