    Nope, I know what you mean by lens flare. KInd of hard to explain this unless I have an example.

    halo rings distortion on graphics

    I keep seeing these "rings" on color backgrounds on TV or in print. It looks like a "halo" effect or circular, concentric rings but only on solid graphic backgrounds. An AD said there is a name for this but I forgot-- anyone here know it?
