You're right with what I want. Also, the picture in number 2 is a video game and it's also not the one I have a problem with. Picture number 1 is the one that's blurry and such. I want a picture like number one, but done better. Just the editing part, I can handle the text.- Kihz

Alright, so I run a page on Facebook devote to the franchise, Fallout. I stumbled upon this picture and thought that it was an amazing idea. However, the photo is choppy and very poor quality.
