little duck my problem is fixed! i completely uninstalled photoshop, reinstalled it and did an auto update (under "help" on the toolbar) rather than the manuel update. the problem was with the camera raw, i did not have the updated version that supported my camera. when i installed the...- cindi miller

I am running photoshop CS3 on a Mac OSX. I shoot Nikon and recently bought a D700.
