Multiple layers with the same control?

SOLVED! Convert the first text layer to a smart object, then duplicate the smart object as many times as you need it. Position where you want them and voila. When you need to update just double click on the smart object, make your changes, commit and save, and VOILA. SO COOL! ACC

    Photoshoping yourself into a picture

Green screen, exactly. The lighting will depend on what lighting your graphic will be set in. Go for similar if your camera can handle it. If not you can tweak the appearance of the lighting in PS while you're in there. ACC

    Photoshoping yourself into a picture

Shoot yourself (or have someone do it for you) agaisnt a plain, solid background that's color is very different from your coloring or anything you are wearing. After than you'll have to remove yourself from the background of the photo and it's all downhill from there. ACC

    Transparency

Are you saving as .jpg? You will lose transparency if you do. Save as .gif. If you're having trouble getting the backgroudn transparent to start with, you may be able to use the magic wand on the white area (if your shape is very clean) and delete the background to transparent that way. ACC

    Unwanted feather?

Use a custom shape instead (they are basically vectors and are infitintely resizable) or convert your current raster into a vector (by way of custom shape). ACC

need to create a black stroke around image

I hope you got it figured out in time. Chances are you were on a locked (and/or the background) layer and you can not apply a layer style to a locked layer. You most likely needed to create (or duplicate) a new layer and then use the stroke function in the "new layer style". ACC

Multiple layers with the same control?

I have an odd question. This may not be possible, but can any of you think of any way to do the following: Have one layer on which you could make control other layers. Ummm. For instance if you change layer "A", layers "1", "2", "3", etc. would also change. I want each of those layers to...
