Why ?!
Okay long story short... used a lasso tool to cut out some people from a backround... applied a feathering effect to softon the edges... when I paste to a transparent backround and export for the web... the backround is white! I cant figure out why this is happening... so I tried adding the same...- mtb211

softon edges?
I know there is a filter sharpen edges but is there a filter for softening edges... I need this because I have removed the backround from an image but the edges of the picture look artificial.. thx in advance Matt- mtb211

Removing Backround troubles
hey thx Ill give this a look... right now im using the quick mask tool but its still very difficult... When I selected everything that i need is there a way to blur the edges or soften the edges so its not so obvious that I used a pen tool?- mtb211

Removing Backround troubles
Hi all I just joined! my names matt hello I am trying to remove a backround around the ladies in the picture I have attached... Normally I would use the magic wand tool and click the backround and then inverse but the backround and the ladies have similar colors. Now I am using the eraser...- mtb211
