Working on the assumption that you are running a full, legal version of Photoshop. If restarting both the computer and the program doesn't work, try throwing out the Preferences. You will find them in the Library of your User. Photoshop must be turned off when you do delete the Preferences...- TMagness

skin tone readings and adjustments
Skin tones What is your magenta to yellow ratio? It could be that you simply have to much magenta in the mix. Also are you talking over all color or just the shadows?- TMagness
