    Looks pretty solid as far as perspective and composition. Light sources are different for all items..that's something that's hard to correct in Photoshop...more on the choice of images.

    How to achieve this effect?

    Looks like a colour layer applied to a regular layer containing a collage image. Go to layers, add a new layer, change from Normal to Colour layer. Paint within this layer with flat colour to create the hues you want to overwrite the layer below.

    This is actually a shot of me on my wedding day. I was 38 at the time. I had some spare time at work and learnt a few retouching filters which worked rather well. As an experiment I used them in reverse to achieve the old man look.
