Thank you for your quick reply. Yes, I totally agree. I said to my wife to make sure the funds have cleared before anything leaves the house. I am sadly far less trusting of people. It’s just a mistake and is exactly as you said. A lesson! Regards, Scott- Orphy

Hi Everyone, I hope that I can post this question here... It’s a bit of a doozy. My wife recently “sold” a tv but was scammed by a guy using a photoshopped “proof of payment”. Basically they sent a doctored image showing/claiming that money had been paid. It’s a little more involved but...- Orphy
