    problem opening RGB image in CC

    while opening any RGB image in Photoshop CC, it looks distorted and displaced. as soon as I convert it to CMYK it regains its shape again. I have re-installed it as well.. but nothing happens. cud anyone help it. I have uploaded the image sample, pls have a look
